Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final once a purchase is made. This includes all tech devices, accessories, and refurbished units. Please inspect your items carefully before finalizing the transaction.

- Devices may be new, open-box, or refurbished. The condition of each item is clearly stated at the time of sale. Refurbished products are cleaned, tested, and upgraded as needed to ensure functionality.
đź”§ Repair Policy ~ Repair Authorization
- Customers must sign a repair authorization form before services begin. This includes diagnostics, upgrades, and installations.
- Diagnostic Fees
- Some diagnostics may include a fee, which is applied toward the final repair if the customer proceeds with service.
- Repair Warranty
- Most repairs come with a 30-day limited warranty on parts and labor unless otherwise stated. Warranty is voided if the device is tampered with or damaged after service.
- Data Liability
- Gizmo’s Electronics is not responsible for lost data. Customers are encouraged to back up their devices before submitting for service.
🚨Abandonment of Property Clause
Devices left at Gizmo’s Electronics for more than 30 days after the customer has been notified that repairs are complete will be considered abandoned.
- We will make reasonable attempts to contact the customer via the contact details provided.
- After 30 days of non-response or non-payment, Gizmo’s reserves the right to:
- Sell
- Recycle
- or Dispose of the property
- This action is taken to recover parts, storage, and labor costs.
- Once a device is deemed abandoned, ownership is forfeited and no compensation will be given to the original owner.
📦 Shipping & Pickup
- Customers outside the Chicago area may request shipping. Shipping fees apply and tracking will be provided.
- Local pickups are scheduled by appointment to ensure security and proper delivery of your device.
