Your Guide to Gizmo’s Electronics Sales & Repair Policies – Simple & Reliable

As a small business, Gizmo’s Electronics is committed to transparency, fairness, and customer satisfaction. Please review our policy below before finalizing your order or service request:

🔁 Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, only if the item has not been processed, modified, upgraded, or prepped for pickup/delivery.
  • Once any installation, customization, or system prep has begun, cancellation is no longer eligible, and the sale is considered final.

💻 Refunds & Returns

  • All sales are final on refurbished or modified electronics (MacBooks, PCs, tablets, etc.).
  • We do not offer refunds on devices that have been:
    • Opened, altered, or upgraded after purchase
    • Customized per client request (hardware or software changes)
    • Sold as-is or at a discounted “final sale” rate
  • In rare cases, a return or exchange may be granted within 7 days for unopened, unmodified items in original condition, and is subject to:
    • A 15% restocking fee
    • Manager approval

⚙️ Repair & Warranty Disclaimer

If a device experiences an issue after installation or setup, Gizmo’s offers in-house diagnostic support and, when applicable, repair or replacement options under any provided warranty. Refunds will not be issued for service-related concerns unless required by law.

📌 Additional Terms

  • Devices sold at significantly reduced prices may be refurbished or pre-owned, depending on the specs and availability discussed at time of sale.
  • We clearly communicate this at the point of sale to ensure our customers understand what they are purchasing.
  • All payment plans (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, PayPal) are subject to third-party terms. Gizmo’s does not control financing approvals, installment timelines, or external refund rules.
