Do you sell online only?
Yes. Gizmo’s Electronics is an online-first store. We ship nationwide, and we also offer local pickup by appointment. Delivery may be available in some cases, depending on approval from our CEO, Michael Carter.
Are all sales final?
Yes. Because of the nature of electronics sales, all purchases are final, including new, open-box, and refurbished items. We encourage customers to review product details carefully before purchasing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm, PayPal, Zelle, and all major credit and debit cards.
What types of products do you sell?
We sell laptops, desktops, smartphones, tablets, headphones, smart devices, and accessories from leading brands like Apple, Dell, HP, and Samsung. Devices may be new, open-box, or refurbished. Refurbished products are cleaned, tested, and upgraded to ensure functionality.
Do you offer repairs or upgrades?
Yes. Customers purchasing devices may also request repairs, diagnostics, and upgrades through our service program.
Data Liability: Gizmo’s Electronics is not responsible for lost data. Please back up devices before sending them for service.
Repair Authorization: A signed authorization is required before any work begins.
Diagnostic Fees: Some diagnostics may carry a fee, applied toward final repair costs if you proceed.
Repair Warranty: Most repairs include a 30-day limited warranty on parts and labor unless otherwise stated. Warranty is voided if the device is tampered with after service.
How do pickups and delivery work?
Since Gizmo’s Electronics is primarily online:
Shipping: Nationwide shipping is available within the U.S. (shipping fees apply and tracking will be provided)..
Pickup: Local pickups are available by appointment only for security.
Delivery: Local delivery may be available at the discretion of CEO Michael Carter. Customers will be notified at the time of purchase if this option is approved.
Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
All sales are final. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is clearly listed on every invoice, during checkout, on social media, and here on our website, on our Services & Policies Page.
What happens if I don’t claim my device after repair?
🚨 Devices left for more than 30 days after completion will be considered abandoned. We will attempt contact, but after 30 days Gizmo’s Electronics reserves the right to sell, recycle, or dispose of the property to recover costs.
Do products come with warranties?
Open-Box or Refurbished Products: Sold as-is, but full condition is disclosed at time of sale. Refurbished products include a limited 30 day warranty if specified.
New Products: Often include a manufacturer warranty.
